The 2009 Fellows are Douglas D. Baldwin, B.Sc., LL.D, Dallas Howe,
MA, Eileen Mercier, MA, MBA, and Robert Deprés, O.C., G.O.Q.,
M.Sc., FCMA and the inaugural recipient of the ICD Governance Award is
Bernard Wilson, FCA, LL.D, ICD.D.
On June 4th, 2009, these five outstanding Directors were honoured at
a gala celebration, held at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto where the
Master of Ceremonies was the Hon. Brian Tobin, P.C., ICD.D.
