This membership category is for companies and organizations in the private, public, not-for-profit and Crown sectors that wish to sign up their entire board of directors as members of the ICD.

Board Sector Pricing:

For-Profit Boards (Public/Private) & Commercial Crown Corporations

Over $1 billion gross revenue:

• $4,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $200 per person

Over $500 million gross revenue:

• $3,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $200 per person

Under $500 million gross revenue:

• $2,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $200 per person

Not-For-Profit Boards

(Includes all organizations with not-for-profit entity status including non-commercial Crown corporations.)

Not-for-profit organizations:

• $2,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $100 per person
