Audit Committee Effectiveness (ACE):

ACE provides practical knowledge to help directors better understand the issues and dynamics facing audit committees, enabling more effective oversight and value creation by directors of medium and large organizations and publicly-listed companies.

Boardroom Financial Essentials (BFE):

This one-day course is developed for directors who wish to enhance their comfort with financial discussions around the board table. This is not a finance course for non-financial managers, or an accounting course on financial statements. This is a course designed by directors, for directors that focuses on linking financial decisions and approvals to strategic oversight of their organization.

Crown Director Effectiveness (CROWN):

The ICDs new Crown Director Effectiveness program will help directors of agencies, boards, commissions and corporations ("Crowns") of the federal, provincial or municipal governments better understand and navigate the unique challenges of governing within these environments. Participants will gain insights into practical approaches to carrying out their responsibilities as directors.

Enterprise Risk Oversight for Directors (EROD):

Enterprise Risk Oversight for Directors course will help directors to better understand how boards and management can more effectively work together to identify, rank and mitigate enterprise risks. This course is based on the CICA publication "A Framework for Board Oversight of Enterprise Risk."
