Institute of Corporate Directors announces new flat-fee membership
categories for boards across Canada
The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) recently revised its
membership categories, adding a new membership pricing structure for
boards at the ICD. After careful consideration and due diligence, the
ICD is also phasing out the Corporate membership category, and will be
offering members their choice of Individual or Board memberships moving
forward.
Full boards can now join for a single flat fee
Board Sector Pricing moves boards to a flat fee from a per-member
pricing structure, and is designed to help full boards reap the benefits
of ICD membership, while adding more value in the process. Board-level
fees are based on a company’s sector and annual revenues.
