Terms and Conditions of ICD Membership
Members must sign and adhere to the Code of
Conduct for ICD members.
Members must pay the membership fees determined by the Board of
Directors of the ICD before or on the due date.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Membership will be terminated:
-
when the ICD receives a resignation written and signed by the
member in hard copy or electronic form;
-
after a member is more than three months in arrears in paying
membership fees and has been sent two notices in hard copy or electronic
form requesting payment;
-
upon resolution passed by the Board of Directors, if, in the
opinion of the Board, the activities of a member are inconsistent with,
or to the detriment of, the objectives and activities of the ICD. In
this case, membership cannot be terminated unless prior notice that the
Board is considering this action has been sent to the member, and he or
she has been afforded a reasonable opportunity to make representations
to the ICD Board.
