Program (DEP) in the location of interest and return it to the Institute
of Corporate Directors as per the instructions on the application
form.

ICD Membership
ICD membership is not required to apply to the DEP. However, once
accepted, all participants must be ICD members in good standing prior to
starting the DEP.
