Présenté par TELUS, le programme Principes essentiels de
gouvernance à l’intention des administrateurs
d’organismes sans but lucratif a été mis en œuvre
conjointement par l’Institut des administrateurs de
sociétés et la Rotman School of Managementde
l’Université de Toronto.
Le programme Principes essentiels de gouvernance à
l’intention des administrateursd’organismes sans but
lucratif (Programme OSBL) est un programme intensif d’une
durée de trois jours dispensé par d’éminents
professeurs des grandes écoles de gestion canadiennes et de
réputés administrateurs d’organismes sans but lucratif
au pays. Pour être admissibles au Programme, les candidats doivent
démontrer leur expérience au sein de conseils
d’administration ou à la direction d’un OSBL ou encore
manifester leur intérêt pour ce secteur.
Le Programme est dispensé à la grandeur du Canada, dans les
plus grandes écoles de gestion de Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary,
Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, et Montréal.

Governance Essentials Program when it was held
in Vancouver last spring (2008).
The program offered some great insights into board best practices in
