Board Membership

This membership category is for companies and organizations in the private, public, not-for-profit and Crown sectors that wish to sign up their entire board of directors as members of the ICD.

Board Sector Pricing:

For-Profit Boards

Public/private company with over $1 billion gross revenue:

• $4,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $200 per person

Public/private with over $500 million gross revenue:

• $3,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $200 per person

Public/private with under $500 million gross revenue:

• $2,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $200 per person

Not-For-Profit Boards

(Includes Not-for-profit Crown corporations, hospitals, healthcare organizations, public universities and colleges, public education and research organizations, real estate investment trust and income trust companies, business and professional associations, and registered charities.)

Not-for-profit organizations with over $10 million gross revenue:

• $2,000 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $100 per person

Not-for-profit organizations with under $10 million gross revenue:

• $1,500 per annum (plus applicable taxes)
• Up to 15 members including CEO, CFO and Corporate Secretary
• Additional members are $100 per person
