Each year, the ICD names several of Canada's leading directors as Fellows of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Nominated by their peers and selected by an independent committee, these directors are deemed worthy of the F.ICD designation by virtue of the experience, knowledge and attributes that distinguish them from the rest.
