Boardroom Financial Essentials

This course is designed to help directors become more comfortable with financial discussions around the board table. An immersive, hands-on case study places participants into a simulated board meeting of a company where they delve into linking financial plans and strategic plans, and connecting strategy, executive compensation, and risk oversight with capital projects and expenditures.

The program fee for any short course is:
 
ICD.Ds: $850 plus applicable taxes
ICD Members: $950 plus applicable taxes
Non-Members: $1,295 plus applicable taxes

Non-Members who apply for admission into any short course will receive a one-year (value of $395) complimentary ICD membership.

Short courses are eligible for tuition tax credit.
