ICD-Rotman Executive Boardroom Education Program

Jointly developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, the Executive Boardroom Education Program (EBEP) is designed for senior executives across the for-profit, not-for-profit and Crown sectors, who want to maximize their impact in the boardroom and improve interactions with their board of directors for a more productive relationship.

Board Oversight of Harassment

This course will provide directors with detailed, practical information and guidance on how to protect their organizations through improved oversight of harassment and workplace misconduct claims. It will examine the role and obligations of the board, the importance of character and leadership, director and officer liability protections and the internal investigation process.
