Registration Help

Participate in our webinars with these easy steps:
  1. Select the webinar of your choice.
  2. Login to your ICD website account.* Please ensure you have switched on compatibility settings if you're using Internet Explorer 11.
  3. Click the "Attend" button in the black and gray BrightTalk box.
  4. If you have attended a previous ICD webinar, enter the email address and password you created in BrightTalk under "Already Registered with BrightTalk?".**
  5. If this is your first ICD webinar, click "Register now with BrightTalk" and complete the form to create a BrightTalk account. You will receive a Welcome email directly from BrightTalk. 
  6. Complete additional survey questions and Confirm your Place in the webinar. You will receive a Confirmation email directly from BrightTalk.
  7. On the day of the live webinar, click on the link in your Confirmation email or return to the webinar page and click "Enter" at the appointed time to participate.
