ICD-Rotman Board Dynamics Program (BDP)

This course is for any member of the C-suite or those at the senior VP level, whose management role is to work with and through their board to achieve the organization’s goals. Whether newly promoted or working with a new board, this program will help executives optimize their interactions, gain alignment and work more effectively with their Board.

After completing all components of the course, participants will:

Attendance at the in-person sessions is mandatory for course completion, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience.

Participants will receive readings and other resources that must be reviewed independently in preparation for the live sessions.
