Political Intelligence for Boardrooms

The Political Intelligence for Boardrooms (POL) course is ideal for directors of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations who want to improve their awareness of, and engagement with, the political and administrative process.

This one-day program will provide practical information on working effectively with government, understanding who the key players are and discussing some of the legal parameters that impact directors. It will also delve into how boards can better understand the nuances of the decision-making process and the subsequent risks they can bring to both strategies and operations.
