The ICD-Rotman Board Dynamics Program (BDP) aims to set executives up for success by empowering them the act boldly, but strategically. Developed in partnership with Rotman, the BDP provides practical tools and proven approaches to establish a roadmap for building strong and productive relationships with the board.

Who Should Participate?

  • This course is for any member of the C-suite or those at the senior VP level, whose management role is to work with and through their board to achieve the organization’s goals. Whether newly promoted or working with a new board, this program will help executives optimize their interactions, gain alignment and work more effectively with their Board.

Format

  • Experience an engaging learning environment with our in-person sessions, held over two consecutive days. Led by esteemed faculty members and guest speakers, this program offers breakout group exercises, case studies, interactive discussions, and real-world examples. Attendance at the in-person sessions is mandatory for course completion, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience.

    Participants will receive readings and other resources that must be reviewed independently in preparation for the live sessions.
