David will tie this imperative to the recently launched report on Charting the Future of Canadian Governance, a joint initiative of the TMX Group and The Institute of Corporate Directors.  ( 
David Beatty, C.M., O.B.E., F.ICD, CFA, one of the most experienced Canadian directors and educators, has served on 40 different boards of directors, 9 of them as Chair of public companies. David helped create the Canadian Directors’ Education Program with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and Rotman School of Management.
Following David’s presentation, there will be the opportunity to network with fellow ICD SWO members.
