Presented by the Saskatchewan Chapter: Identifying a new CEO is the most important and critical thing a board can do. The transition to the new CEO is likely the next most important thing for the board, CEO and organization. Board preparation is critical, but often clunky and not well planned, with results sometimes being a rocky but often “interesting” transition for the CEO.

Listen to the experiences of a leading board member and a CEO who have each been through interesting transitions. These leaders give their perspectives on the good and bad, while providing practical insights into what the board can do to make a more successful transition when required.
