ICD-Rotman DEP Information Session - Montreal Edition
For over 20 years, the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), in partnership with the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, has delivered the ICD Rotman Directors Education Program (DEP) — preparing directors to strengthen judgment, build confidence, and enhance their impact in the boardroom.
The ICD Rotman DEP combines academic depth with real-world learning to develop the strategic, financial, and governance perspective required of today’s board leaders. Join the ICD for an in-depth information session to learn more about the DEP experience, the admissions process, and the ICD.D accreditation pathway — and how the program prepares directors to excel in an evolving governance landscape.
This complimentary session will feature insights from Rick Powers, National Academic Director of the ICD Rotman Directors Education Program. Rick is widely recognized within the DEP community for his extensive governance expertise and his ability to draw practical insights from director-level participants.
You will also hear from directors who have completed the program, sharing firsthand perspectives on the DEP journey and its value in advancing board readiness.
If you have been considering the ICD Rotman Directors Education Program to deepen your governance expertise, this session is the ideal place to start.
The session will be moderated by Shannon Hunt, Vice President, Education, Institute of Corporate Directors.
