Imagining Boards of the Future

Join us for a session on how boards expect to evolve in 2025 and beyond to achieve more effective and inclusive governance. Our panel of experts will discuss board composition focusing on diversity and inclusion, board terms, and the skills needed to steer companies through new challenges such as ESG, digital transformation, and cultural awareness. The session will commence with a keynote presentation by Spencer Stuart on their latest board governance research, followed by an insightful panel discussion.

Registration and Networking – 7:30 a.m.
Session from 8 – 9 a.m.
Networking from 9 – 9:30 a.m

Cancellations must be received in writing 48 hrs prior to the date of the event to be eligible for a full refund.
If you register for an event and do not attend, you are liable for the full event fee. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. However, please note that should your replacement have a different membership status and there is a price differential, you will be either credited or charged the balance.
