Tackling Good Governance, with Alexandra Wrage and Sally Dennis

The session will again feature internationally recognised ethics and governance guru, Alexandra Wrage. Alexandra will engage in a conversation with Sally Dennis, former chair of the board of Rugby Canada, the national governing body of the sport of rugby union in Canada. Sally will share some of her experiences with the major governance reform that was implemented at Rugby Canada during her tenure, including some of the challenges, the process followed, the successes, lessons learned, and tips for others. Alexandra will also bring to the conversation the benefit of her extensive experience with and insights into other sport-related NFPs, including FIFA. The conversation will be useful for all those interested in initiating and implementing governance reform, whether at a not-for-profit or otherwise.
