The Future of Work: A Test of Resilience and Vision for Boards of Directors

The future of work goes far beyond artificial intelligence or remote work.

It’s a clash of values, generations, and technologies that is redefining how organizations create and capture value. Boards will need to make a choice: to anticipate with clarity or to endure with complacency.

The panelists will discuss the evolution of critical skills in the face of the artificial intelligence tsunami, how to retain new generations in increasingly unstable environments, and the rise of the “new employers.” They will also explore the implications for boards: redefining the scope of human resources committees, the board’s role in protecting employer reputation, and how boards can concretely integrate these challenges into long-term strategy.

We look forward to seeing you there!

This in-person session will be delivered in French.
