A candid discussion for experienced directors who have been directly involved in M&A over the past five years. Under Chatham House Rules, the conversation will focus on the decisions, risks, surprises and lessons that are most useful the next time a deal comes to the board table.

ICD Calgary offers educational and networking opportunities for directors at all stages of their board careers. This particular session has limited space and is designed for directors with 10 or more years of board experience who also have direct M&A experience within the past five years.
