NCR Chairs’ Peer Group Forum
The ICD National Capital Chapter is pleased to host the Chairs' Peer Forum series and continue the great conversation with Board leaders from across our region on a wide range of topics and issues.
Since 2021, the NCR Chapter successfully delivered forums to over 120 participants, all active Chairs from profit, NFPs, private sector and crown corporations. The group meets three times per season for generative discussion on issues that Board Chairs must keep top of mind, topics focused on the contemporary and often challenging environment such as:
• Board role in overseeing organizational culture
• CEO/Board Chair Dynamic and Relationship
• Moving from oversight to foresight – Risk, ESG and Strategy
• Board and CEO succession & recruitment
• Cybersecurity and role of governance
There will be three peer group sessions: November 30th, February 8th and April 26th, each starting at 4pm, followed by networking and refreshments.
