Smarter Threats, Sharper Boards: Governing Cyber Risk in the Age of AI

As AI capabilities advance, cyber threats are becoming more sophisticated, adaptive and harder to detect. Directors do not need to be technical experts, but they do need to ensure management has the right governance, controls and breach response capabilities in place. This session will help directors understand the board’s role in overseeing AI-enabled cyber risk, including the questions to ask management to strengthen preparedness, resilience and breach response.
