Session 3: Scaling Venture Backed Companies: Courageous Dialogues in High Growth Environments
In the fast-moving world of venture-backed companies, directors often face tough conversations about strategy, leadership, culture, and risk. Panelists will share experiences from high growth environments where difficult issues must be addressed quickly and without complete information. Participants will explore how directors can sustain alignment, accountability, and transparency during periods of rapid scale.

Networking – 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm
