In this Governance Basics session, we take a practical, focused approach - exploring key aspects of effective board governance, including board composition, ongoing education, and performance assessment.
Participants will also receive curated take-away resources designed to support meaningful discussions and help identify quick, actionable governance improvements - whether operating in the public, private, or not-for-profit sector.
