The Lifecycle of a Company (London)

Companies travel a typical path from early startup, through financing, growth, more financing, and an exit. The path can be as exciting as tortuous. David and Dennis will explain this lifecycle from the perspective of a board member and senior manager. While on this path, legal expressions may be daunting for many, and so, these will be explained with stories and anecdotes from their rich experiences.

Part 2: Grand finale

As a company grows, there are inflexion points where more financing is needed. These rounds bring new types of financing, new concepts, and a new lexicon. This session will help board members and senior managers to understand these ideas. Don’t be the one at the table scratching your head.
