Inside Irving Shipyard:
A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Modern Shipbuilding

Join President Dirk Lesko and Vice Chairman Ross Langley for a curated visit to Irving Shipbuilding, home to some of the nation’s most significant naval construction and modernization programs. Experience the scale and sophistication of a working shipyard as you observe how modern vessels take shape through cutting edge facilities, a highly skilled workforce, and integrated industrial capabilities.

This behind-the-scenes tour of Canada’s most advanced shipyard offers delegates a close-up view of contemporary ship construction while introducing the strategic considerations that underpin large, complex national projects. The experience highlights how good governance, leadership, long term planning, and coordinated execution support one of Canada’s most important nation building efforts.
