Dietary Requirements and Special Requests
Dietary requirements and accessibility-related requests could be submitted up to May 22, 2026. Requests may still be viewed or managed through the member portal within the Events section. However, accommodations submitted after the deadline may not be guaranteed
Dress Code
Conference: Business attire
Fellowship Awards Gala: Cocktail or business attire
CFB Halifax Tour: Business casual attire and comfortable footwear are recommended.
Conference Support
ICD staff will be available throughout the conference to assist with registration, session questions, and general logistics. For answers to common questions, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions section.

Badge Pick Up
Delegates are required to collect their name badge at the conference registration desk before attending conference sessions and events.
