Attract, Engage and Retain Indigenous Candidates For Boards

Canada’s Indigenous peoples have a lot to contribute to boards, bringing cultural insights, unique perspectives, and showcasing diverse talents. In today’s world, investing in the capabilities Indigenous peoples can bring to a board is something every Canadian based company should be focused on, and in Saskatchewan, we are fortunate to have some outstanding Indigenous talent.

The challenge boards face is how can they meaningfully and successfully attract, engage with, and retain Indigenous candidates. Our panelists will discuss examples of the best ways to attract Indigenous talent and retain them. They will share some of their own personal life experiences and take you through their approach to engaging with Indigenous peoples for your board.
