Risk and Resiliency: What Boards Should Consider as they Oversee Risk Management in 2022

We believe that better questions lead to better answers and a better working world. Likewise, we believe that an organization’s most effective tool is the ability to ask compelling questions. These questions can lead to better governance and organizations that drive value for all stakeholders. As we head into 2023, our discussion will focus on emerging risks and asking the right questions to manage, mitigate, and monitor these risks. Emerging risks are those whose effects have not yet been substantially realized. Risk topics may include ESG, cybersecurity, talent management and retention, inflation, high-interest rates, etc.
