Carte blanche Governance with Estelle Metayer

As a corporate director on three continents, Estelle has served on the boards of public, private, family-owned, and cooperative companies. Specialized in identifying strategic blind spots, she will share unprecedented situations in which capturing weak signals that are precursors to risks or opportunities allowed a board of directors to create value (business models, digital transformation, definition of sustainable development ambitions). Finally, she will share her passion for family businesses and how the role of the director is enriched with new dimensions in this context.
