The role that information technology (IT) plays in business today is more significant and more critical than ever before. When utilized effectively, technology offers a reliable foundation for efficiency, decreases risk, and drives growth. Misused IT can damage a firm and erode trust and confidence in IT.
Alarming failure rates in digital transformation plainly illustrate that many firms have yet to find an approach that effectively balances the relationship between IT and business to achieve lasting success.
