Member Social “Being a director in 2023”

As the new year begins, we welcome you to our first in-person social gathering of 2023 with a special complimentary member social on January 19 at the Hilton Toronto, at 4 pm.  

With the ever-changing landscape, it is increasingly challenging to be an effective director.  Join us as we convene a forum for discussing how you and/or your board can meet these challenges in 2023, with reference to the Discussion Guide for the Report on the Future of Corporate Governance in Canada. 

Tabletop discussions – 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. 

Cocktails and networking – 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. 

Limited space is available for this complimentary members-only event.  While we understand that circumstances might prevent you from making the event after RSVP’g, we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible so that we may include those on the waiting list.  
 

Cancellations must be received in writing 48 hrs prior to the date of the event to be eligible for a full refund. If you register for an event and do not attend, you are liable for the full event fee. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.  All refund requests should be emailed to the Chapter Administrator or events@icd.ca
