Breakfast Seminar: Surviving a Cybersecurity Attack and Other IT Challenges

In ICD Okanagan’s next breakfast seminar, Okanagan College President Neil Fassina will share how his team went through a challenging ordeal that lost them much more than just sleep. OC’s cybersecurity attack is not uncommon for today’s organizations that get swept up in the digital revolution without always being ready and prepared for the risks that accompany it.

Robin Tong, a Technology Risk Partner at KPMG, will outline how boards can ask the right questions that could save the organizations they oversee from these nightmare scenarios. Robin will also look at the future of digital, and how organizations need to be one step ahead as we move into the newest digital era of Artificial Intelligence. Finally, Robin will address what actions should be taken to create a culture of readiness, one that is digitally proactive, not reactive.
