Moving Forward Into A Future of Work

For years, boards and CEOs have been anticipating change in workforces, workplaces, and the very fabric of how organizations get things done. Technology acceleration, globalized workforces, demographic shifts, climate change… a universe of factors is shaping a different future of work.

COVID has accelerated change; where it was imagined, it is now fact. Where it was incremental, it is now step-change. Organizations and people have demonstrated incredible agility in moving work to home and, to some degree, back again.

Organizations are in different places in terms of the course they have charted for today, and the extent to which they are positioning now for the future. Boards and executives have both the burden and the opportunity to adapt and plan for what comes next.

All recognize that there is no going back: we move forward now into a future of work.

We will explore that future by starting with an expert view from Nan DasGupta of BCG. Then we’ll draw on our panelists for their points of view before taking audience questions and comments.
