Nancy Hopkins

Nancy Hopkins, Q.C., (Hon) CPA, ICD.D is a partner with the law firm of McDougall Gauley, LLP in Saskatoon, where she practices business law, with an emphasis on M&A and corporate governance.
Her experience as a director is extensive. She is the former chair of the University of Saskatchewan Board of Governors, SGI Canada and the Saskatoon Airport Authority. She is a past board member of Cameco Corporation, where she chaired various committees including the Nominating, Governance & Risk Committee. During her service on the Board of Directors of the CPPIB, she chaired the Governance Committee. Currently she chairs the Governance Committee of The Arthritis Society and serves on the boards of the Canada West Foundation and CPA Canada (the latter as part of her long association with the accounting profession, which included roles as a public director on the Saskatchewan Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, as they existed prior to the mergers of the accounting professions).
