Join us for a board-oriented discussion surrounding themes such as the preparation and execution of onboarding or exit, including linking CEO performance with results, legal issues associated with arrival or departure, and how to address interim management requirements.
Our presenter has many years of experience in public, private, or not-for-profit governance and past CEO experience. We will guide a discussion of key soft skills and other issues encountered, and how a board can best address them to the benefit of the organization for arriving or departing CEO alike.
