Demonstrating and actually achieving inclusive governance has become a key strategic priority, aspiration and focus for all boards over the past few years. It is well known boards can realize significant benefits by enhancing inclusivity through initiatives that seek to broaden diversity and representation in the boardroom.
 
However, we are not making enough progress. Our panel of directors will challenge us to achieve more with diversity, but also initiate steps needed to transform cultures and processes.
 
Panelists will offer their perspectives and practical experiences on:
  • Effective goals for achieving inclusive governance.
  • Current progress, gaps and effective tactics to advance inclusivity and diversity.
  • Board paths and techniques to transform/align culture and processes.
  • Focus and actions for chairs, committees and board agendas (e.g., recruitment).
  • Continually assessing progress, impacts and gaps, and evolving mitigation strategies.
