The future of corporate governance in Canada – Director Lens Survey

The ICD’s Director Lens survey focuses on the key issues currently impacting our organizations and our country. These surveys inform government decision-makers and help shape policy conversations in the media and elsewhere.
 
Responses to this survey will also provide an important vehicle for members to contribute their initial thoughts on the Chart the Future project, a joint undertaking of the ICD and TMX Group, which is exploring the future of corporate governance in Canada. As the project unfolds, we will be examining what it means to be a director in Canada today and how we can ensure board members are prepared to meet future challenges and opportunities.  We are seeking your input on important issues such as stakeholder engagement, equity, diversity and inclusion, ESG disclosure as well as board and director effectiveness and other important topics.
