Saskatchewan Chapter Celebration: 2022 ICD Fellow Herbert C. Pinder

Each year, the prestigious ICD Fellowship designation is bestowed upon a select number of directors from public companies, crown corporations, and not-for-profit boards.

The recipients have demonstrated leadership and stewardship, accountability to stakeholders, and have made significant contributions to governance.

The 2022 ICD Fellowship Award is presented to Herbert C. Pinder.

The Institute of Corporate Directors, Saskatchewan Chapter, is pleased to host a “Fireside Chat” with Herb. He’ll share his perspective on how governance has changed since he started as a director, board composition, compensation, relationships with management, and the comparisons between the governance of a family business, a public corporation, a not-for-profit, and a private company. He’ll share why he believes governance is important and what can happen to an organization without proper oversight.

Please join us on October 19th, 2022 at the Sheraton Cavalier Top of the Inn, 612 Spadina Crescent E, Saskatoon, SK
