Put The AI Genie Back in The Right Governance Framework

IAS-Québec invites you to a discussion with Hugues Foltz, Partner and Executive Vice-President at Vooban, a leader in digital transformation and AI, and Marie-Josée Lamothe, President of Tandem International, seasoned corporate director and professor at McGill University, after a long career which culminates at Google.

The panel will be moderated by Clemens Mayr, partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP and former president of the Quebec chapter of the ICD. We will attempt to demystify the opportunities of AI, including its impacts on productivity, risk management, culture and ethics, as well as regulatory compliance.

We will furthermore explore AI's role on climate change challenges. Finally, we will discuss the relative ranking of Canadian businesses as compared to other markets and the key role of corporate boards as change agents in matters relating to AI.
