Governing the future of work

So many of the core activities related to the future of work, discussed by directors and future of work experts at the recently convened Global Director Dialogue, are now being actively implemented by millions of organizations around the world as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Organizational redesign, technological impact, re-skilling and remote workers – all of these changes to the workplace are being introduced or accelerated due to the coronavirus crisis.  It is no longer just the future of work - it is the new reality of work.
